Abundance

What Are “Abundance Blocks”?

In manifestation communities, “abundance blocks” usually refers to beliefs, fears or recurring patterns thought to interfere with feeling open to prosperity.

Rather than treating an invisible block as a proven cause of financial outcomes, it is more useful to examine the specific belief or behavior underneath the label.

Common themes

Examples include discomfort receiving help, fear of charging for work, beliefs that money necessarily changes people, or a tendency to avoid looking at finances altogether.

Turn a vague block into a useful question

Write the belief in one sentence. Ask where it came from, what evidence supports it, what evidence complicates it, and what small behavior would test a more useful alternative.

Next: build an abundance-oriented reflection practice.
